We pride ourselves in having a family-friendly convention and will not tolerate unacceptable behavior by any attendees, volunteers, or staff at RAGECON and its related events and functions. RAGECON, LLC has a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY for harassment of any kind. Harassment is generally any behavior that alarms, threatens, demeans or excessively annoys another person or group.
Unacceptable behaviors include:
Offensive/vulgar comments or gestures
Physical assault and/or battery
Disruption of games and events
Inappropriate physical contact
Unwelcome physical attention

Any of the above behaviors constitute grounds for expulsion from the convention without a refund. RAGECON, LLC will not tolerate harassment, and reserves the right to revoke badge privileges, remove from the premises, and/or contact law enforcement regarding anyone found to be contributing to an unsafe or hostile convention environment. RAGECON, LLC reserves the right to deny entry or remove from the convention any person who, in our sole and absolute discretion, is behaving or threatening to behave in a manner which RAGECON, LLC reasonably considers to be disruptive to the convention.
If you experience or witness any of the above:
If you feel comfortable doing so, calmly point out the inappropriate behavior to the person(s) involved. Often this will solve the problem immediately.
If you do not feel comfortable doing so, ask a friend or fellow gamer to speak to the person(s) involved on your behalf.
If you do not feel comfortable talking with the person(s) involved, if talking to them does not resolve the issue, or you are still uncomfortable with the situation please report the situation immediately to any RAGECON Staff member.
If you do not feel comfortable speaking to someone in person, you may email email@example.com. This email address will be monitored during the convention. Please include the name/badge number and/or a physical description of the person instigating the harassing behavior.
We ask that you remember boundaries and comfort levels vary from person to person. Do not assume a behavior you find acceptable is acceptable to another person. Our venue is also shared with members of the public; please be respectful to all patrons/staff of our venue.
